Vivid Coding

We start from what you need, not from a website

I’m Bartosz Lipiński, a software engineer with nine years of enterprise systems behind me. For local businesses I build the tools that save you time (quotes, bookings, simple dashboards) and the websites that bring enquiries, to the same standard: fast, safe and fully yours.

How I work

The same process I use in large projects, cut down to what a small business needs.

  1. I listen first

We talk about your business and what should change: more bookings, fewer calls, a better place on Google. In writing, if you prefer.

  2. I propose the smallest thing that works

Sometimes it is a new website. More often it is one small tool: a quote calculator, online bookings, a simple dashboard. You get a fixed price before I start.

  3. I build it in a week

You see a working version within a week, on your own domain and hosting. Every change is versioned and can be undone.

  4. I look after it

Updates, backups, monitoring and a regular check of how people find you. Nothing you have built up on Google gets lost.

How I build it in five working days, step by step

What I build

  • Tools that save your time

A quote calculator on your site, online bookings with reminders, an enquiry dashboard for a team of one to five, invoices that write themselves. The tool is yours: no monthly licence, on your own account.

  • Websites that bring enquiries

Fast on any phone, in two or three languages if you need it, built around one clear action: a booking, a message, a visit. Each one has a guided chat that answers the customer in a minute and notifies you before they write to a competitor.

  • Visibility on Google, Maps and AI assistants

Part of the care plan: Google Business Profile, directories, reviews, structured data for ChatGPT and Gemini, a monthly report of how people find you. I do not sell ads.

Ready-made tools

Four tools I have built before and adapt to your business within a week. Each one runs on your own account, with no monthly licence.

  • Quote calculator

Electricians, solar installers, carpenters, cleaning, renovation, catering

The customer picks options on your site and sees a price range; you receive the enquiry with every parameter, the customer gets a PDF and each quote lands in your log.

    How it works

  • Online bookings and sign-ups

Nurseries, practices, workshops, courses, repair services

Slots or a limit on places, a waiting list, reminders by SMS or e-mail and a link to your Google Calendar, so nobody books twice.

    How it works

  • Enquiry and client dashboard

Businesses of one to five people

Enquiries from the site and the phone in one place, with statuses, notes and export, plus an alert when something has waited too long.

    How it works

  • One process automated

    Anyone with a repeated chore

A finished job becomes an invoice, a booking lands in your calendar, a new review gets a draft reply for you to approve. One flow that saves an hour a day.

    How it works

Every tool runs on your own Cloudflare account, where the free plan is enough for a small business, with no licence fees. Monthly care is optional, with no contract penalties.

What you can count on

  • Your domain, your hosting

Everything is registered on your account. I set it up and maintain it, you own it.

  • Nothing gets lost

When I replace an old site, redirects keep the Google positions you already have.

  • Every change can be undone

All code lives in version control. If something goes wrong, we go back in minutes.

  • Clear, written contact

Email or messages in English, Polish, French or German. A reply within one working day.

Work

Code and projects you can check yourself.

  • pawelstanczuk.pl

Website for a roller-skating and mental coach

The old WordPress site had been hacked and showed spam. I replaced it with a fast static site, kept the search positions with redirects and gave the owner version control, so any change can be undone.

About me

Vivid Coding is my one-person studio in Kielce, Poland. I build web tools and websites for small businesses in Poland, Switzerland and the EU, in English, Polish, French and German. Since 2017 I have worked as a Python engineer and solution architect at Ericsson, Philip Morris International, Sabre and Brown Brothers Harriman, where a slow page or a lost form is a real cost, not an inconvenience.

Here I bring those standards to small businesses: version control, automated checks, a written acceptance list and your data kept on your side. I work alone, so you always talk to the person who writes the code.

Questions people ask before they write

Eleven answers, a minute of reading. Type a word to find yours; if it is not here, ask me in the chat and I reply personally.

Every question here came up in a real conversation. The next one can be yours: I answer in writing within one working day.

How much does a tool or a website cost?

You get a fixed price in writing before any work starts, after we have talked about the scope. A single tool, such as a quote calculator or online bookings, usually costs less than a full website; a website with a tool built in is a four-figure amount in euros or francs. Nothing is paid before you see the proposal, and there is no monthly licence for the tool.

Do I pay a monthly fee for the tool?

No. The tool is built once and runs on your own Cloudflare account, where the free plan covers what a small business needs, so there is no licence and no per-user fee. Optional monthly care covers hosting checks, backups, small changes within 48 hours and a report of how people find you. You can stop it at any time and the tool keeps working.

How long does it take?

A working first version within a week after we agree on the scope, on your own domain. Changes after launch take up to 48 hours. The start date depends on my calendar, so write early: I reply within one working day and we can usually begin within one or two weeks.

Who owns the domain and the hosting?

You do. Domain, hosting and every account are registered in your name, and I work on them with access you can revoke at any time. If we ever part ways, everything keeps running and any developer can take over, because the code lives in version control you also have access to.

Does it work with Fakturownia, Bexio, Google Calendar or Booksy?

Yes, with any system that has an open API: Fakturownia and KSeF or Bexio for invoices, Google Calendar and Outlook for bookings, SMS and e-mail gateways, Stripe or Przelewy24 for payments. Closed systems such as Booksy only allow a link or an export, and I say so before quoting, so you know exactly what will be automatic and what will not.

Which languages do you work in?

English, Polish and French in conversation, and German in writing; the site itself can have any of the four. Most clients choose two or three languages for their website. I write or edit the texts with you and check that each version reads naturally, not like a machine translation, and that Google sees every language version correctly.

Where are you based and how do we communicate?

I am based in Poland and work remotely with businesses in Poland, Switzerland and across the EU. I work in writing: email or messages, with clear answers you can come back to later. If you prefer a call, say so in the form and I will suggest a time; an in-person meeting is possible by arrangement.

What happens after the launch?

I look after the site on a monthly plan: updates, backups, monitoring, a regular check of how people find you on Google and small changes within 48 hours. You can stop at any time. Because everything is registered on your account, the site keeps working without me.

Do you run ads?

No. I do not sell Google or Facebook ads. Visibility is part of the care plan instead: a complete Google Business Profile, directories, review requests and structured data that ChatGPT, Gemini and Google can cite, with a monthly report of the searches that bring you enquiries. If you want ads later, you keep the data and can hand it to any agency.

Can I edit the content myself?

Yes, in two ways. Small text changes you send me and I publish them within 48 hours as part of the care plan. If you want to edit pages yourself, I add a simple editor to the site; that is an extra option with a price agreed before the start.

Why not WordPress or a page builder?

A site built on WordPress, Wix or a template needs constant updates and is a common target for attacks; I replaced one such hacked site for a client. I build static sites instead: nothing to update, fast on any phone, hosted on your account, with every change versioned so it can be undone in minutes.
