The customer picks what they need on your website and sees a price range in seconds. You receive the enquiry with every parameter already filled in, the customer gets a PDF, and each quote lands in your log. Built in a week, on your own account, with no monthly licence.
Who it is for
Electrician or solar installer
Enquiries arrive as “how much for 12 sockets and a switchboard?”. The calculator asks those questions for you and sends the customer a range before a competitor answers the phone.
Cleaning or renovation company
Price depends on square metres, rooms and extras. The customer enters them, sees the range and books a visit; you only confirm the final figure.
Catering or event service
Guests, menu, distance, staff. The calculator turns an evening of back-and-forth e-mails into one request with everything you need to quote.

Three to eight questions in plain language: what, how many, where, when. Each answer updates the range at once, on a phone as well as on a laptop.
They see a range, not a promise
A low and a high figure based on your prices, with a line that says what moves the price. You keep the right to confirm after a visit.
You get the full enquiry
An e-mail with every parameter, the range shown and the customer's contact. The customer gets a PDF with your logo; both arrive within a minute.
Every quote lands in your log
A simple list of quotes with status and notes, so you know which one is waiting and what you offered last time.

What it connects to
The calculator sends the enquiry to your inbox and can hand the accepted quote to Fakturownia, KSeF or Bexio for the invoice, to Google Calendar for the visit and to a spreadsheet for your own analysis. Payments through Stripe, Przelewy24 or Twint are possible when a deposit is part of your process.
What it costs
A fixed price in writing after we have talked about your options and prices, before any work starts. There is no monthly licence: the calculator runs on your own Cloudflare account, where the free plan is enough for a small business. Optional monthly care covers changes to your prices within 48 hours, backups and monitoring.
Questions about this tool
Will the customer treat the range as a binding offer?
No. The range is clearly labelled as an estimate, and the PDF says that the final quote follows a visit or a photo. In practice the range filters the enquiries: people who fit your prices write, the rest do not, and you spend your evenings on real quotes instead of guesses. You decide what the calculator shows and how it words it.
What if my prices change?
You edit them yourself in one file or sheet, and the calculator uses the new values at once; the PDF and the log update with them. If you prefer, you send me the new prices and I publish them within 48 hours as part of the care plan. Either way, nothing on the site needs a developer to touch the code.
Can it work for a trade that is not on your list?
Yes. The list names the businesses I have built for, not a limit. Any service with a price that depends on a few choices fits: a tiler, a photographer, a moving company, a dog groomer. We write the questions together in one short call or by e-mail, and the first version is ready within the week.
